This policy applies to physical WellSpring products sold by Charmingpure.ddd through checkout flows we operate or link to from charmingpure.world. Digital-only purchases, if offered separately, would be described at point of sale. Marketplace purchases may follow the marketplace’s policy in addition to ours.

General eligibility
Food supplements are consumable goods. For hygiene and safety, opened containers may not qualify for refund unless the product is defective or not as described. Sealed items in resalable condition may be returned within the statutory cooling-off period for distance contracts where applicable.
You must provide proof of purchase such as an order number or confirmation email. We may refuse returns that appear tampered with or that fall outside stated timelines without a valid exception.
Cooling-off and sealed goods
Where EU consumer law grants a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance sales, you may cancel within fourteen days of receiving the goods if the products are still sealed and suitable for resale. Opening the primary seal typically ends the withdrawal right for supplements unless a separate defect applies.
To exercise withdrawal, notify us clearly before the deadline. Return instructions and any return merchandise authorisation will be emailed to you. The document date shown at the top of this page is generated when you load it and helps you record the calendar day you reviewed this policy.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or with items you did not order, contact us within seven days of delivery. Photographs of the outer box, inner packing, and affected units help us resolve cases quickly. We will offer a replacement or full refund including standard outbound shipping where we confirm the issue.
If you suspect a quality concern, retain the product and batch information printed on the label until we advise otherwise.
How to request a return or refund

- Wait for written approval and return instructions before shipping items back.
- Pack items securely; include any forms we provide.
- Use a trackable service when we ask you to return goods; keep proof of postage.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post funds. Refunds use the original payment method where possible. Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned or if restocking fees are permitted by law and disclosed in advance.
Return shipping costs
If you change your mind under a statutory cooling-off right, you may bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we state otherwise or unless we shipped incorrect items. If we sent a defective or wrong product, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label when available.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Many issues resolve faster through support than through chargeback timelines. Chargebacks may delay investigation if banks require additional evidence.
